FLOWER, CONCENTRATE AND PREROLL BLIND ENTRY PROCEDURES BELOW

All Flower, Concentrate and Preroll entries are judged blind. To help with the process, we will be printing all of your necessary compliant information for you on our label templates. We will require the needed text ahead of time in order fulfill the order.

THCC Reserves the right to move your entry into a different category if it is deemed necessary. While we aim to have at least 5 entries per category, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can cause competitors to withdraw their samples. When this happens THCC will sometimes cancel and/or combine categories to keep them competitive. Other times, when there is no time to compensate we will regrettably go forward with 3-4 entries in a competition as a last resort. We will contact competitors if any of these changes occur.

We will be contacting all competitors if there needs to be any changes in procedure.

Grounds for Disqualification

These are the instances in which you would automatically be disqualified:

  1. An employee or subcontractor of a participating company is judging in a category that your entry is submitted in. In this instance, the judge and their votes will also be disqualified.

  2. There is any discovery by THC Championship committee of foul play by any party

  3. The product submitted is deemed unsafe by the THC Championship committee for the judges to sample.

No Refunds will be given in ANY instance of disqualification.
